1. General provisions.


1.1. These supply contracts - rules (hereinafter - the Rules) is binding on the legal document for parties which establishes the Buyer and the Seller rights, duties and responsibilities of the buyer purchasing goods in eStore.

1.2. The seller reserves the right to change, edit or add the rules at any time, having regard to the statutory requirements. The buyer is informed in eStore's website.

1.3. The rights to buy in eStore has:

      1.3.1. capable natural persons, it means adult, whose capability is not limited by a court order;

      1.3.2. minors in age between 14 and 18, who has parents or guardians consent, except in case when they dispose of their own income;

      1.3.3. legal person;

      1.3.4. authorized representatives of all listed persons above.

1.4. The seller confirming the rules, also ensures that, under rule 1.3. the buyer has the right to buy goods at eStore.

1.5. The contract between the buyer and the seller shall be considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, formed a shopping cart in eStore, specifies delivery address, choose a payment methods and familiarizes with the Seller's rules, clicks the button "Confirm Order" (see. 4 "Ordering of goods, price, payment arrangements, the terms").



2. Buyer's rights and obligations.


2.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods in eStore in accordance to the procedure found by these rules in eStore information.

2.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the agreement of buying with a eStore by informing the Seller about it in written form (e-mail, specifying the return of desired product and its order number) no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, unless the contract can't be terminated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.3. The Buyer can be exercised the rights provided in rule 2.2. only if the item was not damaged or significantly change its appearance, it was not used and the factory labels and safety ropes wasn't rip off of the original packaging..

2.4. The Buyer commits to accept the ordered goods and to pay for them agreed price.

2.5. Using eStore the buyer agrees with the purchase - sale of the Regulations and undertake to comply with them, and to preserve the LR legislation.



3. Buyer's and Seller's responsibility.


3.1. The buyer is fully responsible for justice of the Buyer's personal data submitted. If the buyer does not provide certain personal data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the ensuing consequences, and has an entitled to demand from the Buyer incurred direct damages.

3.2. The Buyer is responsible for the actions carried out by using this eStore..

3.3. The seller is exempt from any responsibilities in cases where the loss arises from the fact that the buyer, not taking account into seller recommendations and commitments of buyer, did not familiar with these rules, although such a possibility was given.

3.4. If  there are links to other companies, organizations or individuals Web pages in the Seller eStore, the Seller is not responsible for the information contained therein or activities, does not monitor the Web, does not control over those companies and does not  represents individuals.
